There are many ways to submit a complaint to DirectTV but the best option is to call in. If you call into DirectTV you are more likely to get a strong resolution than using http://www.directv.com/DTVAPP/global/contentPageNR.jsp?assetId=P1700006.

I rescheduled my service installation from **** from *-** to **** from *-*pm. I called the customer support center at ***-***-****. I was confused by the message saying my appointment was for ****, after confirming via chat with Jonathan that it was rescheduled to ****. During my call I spoke to a representative who could do nothing and could not find my reschedule confirmation anywhere. I requested to speak to a supervisor, I was transferred to a "Supervisor" Ray. This person was not well trained, did not align with the customer and after putting me on hold, hung up on me after being on the phone from * pm -*:** pm. I haven't even started my service and already noticing bad business practices and extremely poor customer service. I will now look for a new provider as Optimum clearly does not care about the quality of service it provides at its call centers to customers. I will ensure others know about this too.

I emailed corporate and shortly after received a call regarding a possible fix. Shortly after, I received a call that a tech would be headed to my home same day.
