get a full refund ... I requested to have Optimum installed at my residence on **********, with $***.** due upon arrival. Account *: *****-******-**. Scheduled Date was ********* which was done. On ********** I paid $***.** which was on a Thursday. The cable was not working properly. I called the following Monday .*An appointment was for ********** for ********** which did not resolve the problem. I called several times after because the cable never worked properly. I was not satisfied at all. Finally I called to disconnect. On the **st of August, I returned the equipment. I received a bill stating that I have a $**.** credit.My question is why can't I get a full refund, as I only have it less than two weeks and it never worked. I have made several attempts to resolve the matter, I even requested to talk to managers who would not give me their ID and told me to go to the optimum store which is where. There is no address for the supposedly complaint store only to take your payments and deal with their equipment. I would like a full refund or I may have to file a complaint with the BBB or the FDC which I don't want to do. I would like to resolve this matter or an explanation. This was time consuming and frustrating. I am begging you to resolve this matter because I just keep going in circles. I would like a full refund.
