I left direct tv and came over to your company *** months ago and from the minute your equipment was installed we had problems ... we have had technicians come to our house * times ... we have not had WiFi or use our tv to record or use on demand ...we have no home phone to boot .... I work from home and have none of these services that you are suppose to service us with .... we have been on the phone with customer service a total of * *** hours and we were told Eileen a supervisor would be in touch ... still didn’t hear anything !!! I work in customer service field and would be disgusted with my employees with the lack of communication and courtesy we received !! Last night I was told they don’t even know when a tech can come out and fix this !!!!! This is dispicable !!!! I would appreciate it if someone could contact ASAP or I will be cutting my service off with you and make sure to let everyone in my field and my husbands field to know how we were treated. *Looking forward to your timely response.*Ellen Gordon
