The issue in GetHuman-ginj's own words
I am having major issues with Altice and want it removed and replaced with my old equipment. I was told by one of your customer service reps that there would be a technician at my house on Saturday, **** between ** and *. Then I received an e-mail stating that my service appointment is scheduled for Monday, **** between ** and *. This is not acceptable. I was told that they would review the phone call where the Saturday appointment was promised and get back to me. Still waiting. Your customer service representatives lie about their positions. I've asked several times to speak with a supervisor and they just hand the phone over to the person sitting next to them and they pretend to be the supervisor. Eventually, I'm told the supervisor is unavailable but I will get a call back shortly. I've asked for your legal department and have been denied. I asked for a copy of the work order for the installation of Altice and was told the request would take up to ** hours to be processed and then it would take up to ** days for me to receive the requested documentation. Why ** days to send an e-mail? Why ** days to send it regular mail? A letter can get from NY to CA in * days or less. I would like an explanation.
