Over charge on account ******-********* Phone calls to your representatives twice to question bill. Was told supervisor would call me back within * to * days or same day. No one has called back and it has been over * weeks with no response. Paid bill **** of $***.**. Disputed amount of $***.** was not paid of the dispute. Attached note to check sent with invoice and still no response from supervisor. February, March and April no service as it was temporarily suspended. It get too complicated on the phone with representatives with no solution offered. MUST speak to a Supervisor or Manager or a person in charge of Billing to get this resolved...….We have receipts of all payments made since December and feel we are unjustly being overcharged. Please have a Supervisor call us to ASAP......
GetHuman-nconn did not yet indicate what Optimum should do to make this right.
