Oncor is charging me a fee for a service they did not provide. **In July, I had major electrical work done at my house. My electrician physically disconnected the electricity from the house. After the work was done, and the city inspected and approved the work, I called Oncor to come make a permanent reconnection of my electricity. I expected a reconnect fee from Oncor, however, I was also charged a disconnect fee. They claimed that they disconnected my service on August ** and reconnected it on August **. My electricity was not disconnected on August ** which was apparent because I never lost electricity. However, I was charged a disconnect fee by Oncor. I am struggling to have the disconnect fee removed by Oncor. Their call center is unable to remove the charge. I am trying to contact your Customer Relations support team for escalation.
