TODAY AROUND **AM I CONTACTED TRI-EGALE ELECTRIC COMPANY AND SET UP NEW SERVICE AT MY NEW ADDRESS ***** BENNETT LAWSON ROAD*MANSFIELD TX ******MY NAME IS JENNIFER SLIDER*MY NEW ACCOUNT NUMBER*ORDER NUMBER IS * *******----- SO ONCOR SHOWED UP AROUND **:** - **PM AND DID THE WORK ORDER (METER THING OUTSIDE) I SPOKE WITH HIM FOR A MINUTE. HE SAID HE WAS DONE & EVERYTHING OK HAVE A GREAT DAY.*----- AN HOUR GOES BY AND NO ELECTRICITY ANOTHER HOUR GOES BY - STILL NOTHING*SO I CALL THE NUMBER TRI EG GAVE ME WHICH WAS ONCOR NUMBER. THE REP CONFIRMED THAT THE SERVICE TECH HAS COMPLETED THE W*O AND I WOULD HAVE ELECTRICITY TODAY BETWEEN *PM - *PM*WHATS IS GOING ON. I HAVE A CHILD THAT IS SICK
