I got a Super Cash reward in-store and texted "super cash" to the number on the coupon. However, I repeatedly receive a message stating that the code is invalid, even though I have verified it multiple times. Moreover, after signing up for text messages from Old Navy, I received a $10 off code that was said to be expired since October when I had just registered today. Could someone assist me with this issue?

My wife received an email from Old Navy offering a coat for $31.99, but online it's listed at $55.99. I called customer service, spent 30 minutes explaining, and shared email and screenshots as proof. However, the email address given was not monitored. They promised to resolve it but haven't yet. I want them to honor the original price. I can provide the email and screenshots for reference. Thank you.

During our recent visit to Old Navy in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, we encountered an issue with a duplicate charge for our purchase. Initially, our Swiss card was unsuccessful, and payment was made using our Banamex card. Upon contacting our Swiss bank upon returning home, it was verified that the payment had indeed been processed on the Swiss card. We would appreciate guidance on the steps required to initiate a refund for the duplicate charge. Thank you. Jasmine B.

I saw the commercial featuring a blonde woman singing a Christmas carol for Old Navy, and I must say it was quite off-putting. The ad is so irritating and overplayed that it has completely turned me off from ever shopping at Old Navy again. Even if they were offering a 98% discount, I wouldn't even consider buying a single item from them. The commercial comes across as obnoxious, senseless, and it feels like an insult to my intelligence. As a result, I have made the decision to boycott Old Navy, and I have advised my children and grandchildren to do the same.

I received my package, but unfortunately, it did not contain the items I had ordered. I paid for 5 sets of toddler 5T pajamas, but instead received 2 identical long-sleeved toddler shirts in size 18 months and 1 set of toddler pajamas in size 3T. The delivery was made on 12/20 in Longmont, CO. I could not find any contact information on the order to seek help regarding this issue.

I was disappointed with the snacks/candy at Old Navy on Sam Furr Road in Huntersville, NC. I purchased a Snicker's bar and Sour Patch Watermelon candy, only to find out they were overpriced at $2.75 and $4 respectively. Attempting to return them at a different location in Concord Mills Mall, I was surprised to hear that food items are non-refundable. Forced to keep the candy, I found them to be stale and hard, not at all fresh or edible as expected. I believe that if food can't be returned, it should at least be of good quality. I plan to share my experience on social media and may involve my brother who works for FOX 5 News in New York to help spread the word about the poor quality and high prices of Old Navy's snacks.

I purchased numerous Christmas gifts from Old Navy, many of which I sent to Indiana for my grandson. Unfortunately, my daughter-in-law attempted to return some items to exchange for others but was informed that returns were not possible after 30 days. In the past, Old Navy allowed more time for returns during the holiday season, especially for gift items not related to Christmas. She intended to exchange the items and has the receipts. If this issue is not resolved, I may reconsider shopping at Old Navy next Christmas. It is challenging to shop, ship, and return items within a 30-day window, particularly with limited choices and sizes closer to the holidays. As a long-time customer with an account, I am disappointed in these changed policies, especially with seven grandchildren to shop for.

I am experiencing an issue with the online return portal while trying to return multiple items. Everything went smoothly except for one Regular-Fit Double Brushed Flannel Shirt. After selecting the item, the page only displays the question “Why are you returning [this item]?” without any clickable options. I have attempted to resolve this problem by testing different browsers and waiting 24 hours, but it remains unresolved. To address this, I would appreciate it if a representative could email me a return authorization packing slip and label for order #1CJHWH7, item #[redacted][redacted].

I recently visited the Old Navy store at Desert Ridge Marketplace in Phoenix, AZ (store [redacted]) and had a disappointing experience. I returned 3 pairs of PJs that were purchased online as family Christmas gifts, which were unopened. I have a long history of buying family PJs from Old Navy without any issues, but this time, I was informed of a new return policy that prevented me from receiving a refund. The cashier gave me a store credit instead. After contacting a phone number provided on the receipt, I realized it was a third-party vendor and could not provide assistance. I've been a loyal customer and hope to resolve this matter promptly to continue shopping at Old Navy. Thank you. - Deb J. [redacted] E Desert Marigold Drive, Cave Creek, AZ [redacted].

A week ago yesterday, I called because the cashier at the PRmatown store mistakenly refunded my purchase to a gift card that was not mine, but a Christmas gift from an anonymous donor through a charity. The representative assisted in resolving the issue by stating that Old Navy would send me a gift card equivalent to the purchase amount via email within 5-7 days. I am eagerly anticipating the arrival of the e-card, as my daughter is very excited about it. 😊

I made an online order for pickup with an eGiftCard on December 21, [redacted]. Unfortunately, my order was canceled due to my items not being available at the Fairview Mall store. The eGiftCard was not used and could be used for my next purchase. Today, when I tried to place a new order with the same eGiftCard, I received a message stating that the card has a zero balance. I would appreciate it if this eGiftCard could be replaced since I earned points at work to acquire it. I need to buy gifts for my grandchildren urgently. eGiftCard#: 6[redacted] 0[redacted] PIN#: [redacted] Thank you, Chrystal Farmer

I would like to share a recent store experience I had at Old Navy which I discussed with the manager. During my visit, I encountered a challenging situation with someone following me into the dressing room and behaving inappropriately. This was not due to any fault of the store or its staff. I am facing ongoing stalking and harassment issues where individuals are paid to track me, leading to uncomfortable encounters like the one mentioned. Despite reporting this incident and receiving understanding and support from the manager and assistant manager at the Williamsburg, VA location, I felt it necessary to bring it to corporate's attention for record-keeping. I value Old Navy for their quality clothing and reasonable prices. Thank you for addressing my concerns. --Leslie R. from Williamsburg, VA

The size range at my local Old Navy in Fenton, MO is disappointing. They mostly stock up to a 2x size, while many other stores carry 3x. I searched the women's section and only found a few 3x tops/dresses with no Activewear in that size. It's frustrating not to have more options to try on in-store. While I appreciate Old Navy's efforts toward size inclusivity, this store is lagging in that aspect. By expanding their size range, they could attract more diverse customers. I hope they address this issue soon. I enjoy shopping at Old Navy, but it would be great to find more options at my local store instead of relying on online shopping.

I am extremely disappointed with Old Navy. I had a $10 coupon that I tried to use at the store, but the manager said it had expired the day before. I called customer service to explain that I have been in the hospital for a week and asked if I could still use my certificate. They instructed me to bring the coupon and speak to a manager at the store, but when I did, Angie, the manager, refused to honor it. I am frustrated that I cannot utilize my Old Navy credit card benefits as expected. I would appreciate a response from someone regarding this matter. Thank you, MRS C. Hello, My name is Taisha Choudhari, and I am from Canada, Ontario. I placed an order yesterday on the USA Old Navy website by mistake instead of the Canadian one. My order number is #1DGRD3B, and it has not shipped yet. I would like to cancel this order because the address got auto-filled incorrectly to Oregon instead of Ontario, and I am worried I won't receive the package. I am disappointed because my Old Navy cash was also used, and it will go to waste. Please cancel the order and process a refund as soon as possible. I am quite upset about the situation and hope for a quick resolution. Thank you for your assistance. Looking forward to your prompt reply.

I closed my account in late August or September [redacted]. Old Navy is attempting to collect money for an order that I never received. Despite spending three hours on the phone last Friday trying to resolve this issue, I am still waiting for a resolution. Old Navy promised to get back to me within 72 hours, but I have not heard anything from them. I first learned about this in May of this year. I believe this is a case of fraud and I urgently need to have this matter resolved.

I have not received my order. According to the carrier, it was marked as "delivered at front door." I reached out to OnTrac to determine which company delivered it, but they were unable to provide that information. The last time I received an Old Navy order through the Postal Service, I contacted the post office, but they did not have it. It seems unlikely that it was stolen as my house is in a low-crime area, not easily visible, has a gate, and a long driveway. Sometimes FedEx drivers leave packages by my mailbox near the road. At this point, I no longer need the polo shirts for work and would prefer a refund.

I have a concern about your TV advertisement featuring a young girl lassoing a saguaro cactus. During my time as a nurse at a hospital in Phoenix, AZ, I witnessed the serious consequences of individuals playing with cacti. One person had to undergo anesthesia to remove cactus spines after falling into a patch, and tragically, another individual lost their life when a saguaro cactus toppled on them while they were playing near it. It is crucial to promote responsible behavior and set a positive example.

I visited the Old Navy store at Mt. Shasta Mall in Redding, California on 7/17/23 around 12:30 p.m. I came across girls' leggings advertised as 2 for $5. Despite expecting to pay $20 plus tax, they scanned at $5 each. I had a picture of the price signage, which I showed to the cashier. She mentioned they couldn't fit all details on the sign, to which I explained I had already chosen items based on the displayed price. I expressed my discontent as I needed all 8 pairs. The cashier apologized, admitting the sign was misleading. Deceiving customers is unacceptable. Amy J. from Redding, CA. [redacted]

Yesterday, I made a purchase at the Old Navy store in Aventura. Initially, I bought three or four items, but the cashier gave me a total that didn't match what I expected. The amount was $11 and increased, so I returned two or three items. I handed her a $20 bill for a $5.48 item and gave her 48 cents in coins. She returned 10 cents in a non-American coin. I didn't want change and left the store. Shortly after, I realized the mistake and returned, but they wouldn't give me the change back without a receipt. After insisting and waiting for them to check cameras and balance the register, they finally showed me a blurry photo indicating they had given me the change. Despite their initial reluctance, I stood my ground until they closed the store, but they said they couldn't help until the next day. Being a tourist, $15 might not seem like much to them, but it does to me. I hope they reconsider and refund my money as customer service was lacking in this situation.
