Hello, I recently made a purchase from your store about two weeks ago. However, I am facing an issue with receiving my package. The package was attempted to be delivered, but as I missed the delivery, it got forwarded to the UPS store. Unfortunately, I am unable to retrieve the package from the UPS store as I lack the required ID. The store policy states that they will hold the package for 7 days, and if not collected, it will be returned to the sender. Despite the 7 days passing, I still cannot obtain my package. I have tried contacting the store to authorize my roommate to collect it, but they declined. I also attempted to wait for re-delivery to no avail. The items I ordered are Elf liquid eyeliner and Elf shadow eye primer. My package number is [redacted][redacted], and the tracking number is 1Z41722E[redacted] / #TXJGYLY. The total amount paid was $17.85 using a gift card. My billing address is [redacted] 14th St SW, Calgary, Alberta. My name is Kalisha Lampron. I am reaching out to request your assistance in case the package has been returned to you. I would greatly appreciate it if you could arrange for a re-delivery. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Kalisha Lampron

I made an online purchase for in-store pickup using my rewards dollars and credit card. When I went to the store, the item wasn't available, and my rewards were not returned to my card as promised. I contacted customer service and was told it would take two billing periods to get my rewards back, which I find unreasonable since the order was canceled. Speaking to a supervisor named Olivia didn't bring any resolution, as she reiterated the same two-month timeframe. This process is frustrating, and I believe there should be a more efficient way to handle this matter considering my loyalty as a customer. I understand the policy for returns or order cancellations, but in this case, where I made the effort to pick up an unavailable item, waiting for two months for my rewards seems excessive. I hope Old Navy can find a better solution to rectify this situation promptly.

I visited your Old Navy store in Independence, Missouri Mall. It's not my usual store, but I was in the area and decided to stop by. Unfortunately, during my visit, I encountered an employee with extremely poor personal hygiene. The smell was so overpowering that even from a distance of 10 feet, it was evident it was coming from them. The odor lingered even after the employee left. I crossed paths with this same employee later in the front of the store, and the smell persisted, prompting me to leave. This experience was so unpleasant that I felt compelled to share my feedback. I did not get the employee's name, but I'm confident the store can identify who it is. I will not be returning to that particular Old Navy.
However, I want to commend the Lee Summit, Missouri, Old Navy for always providing a pleasant and helpful shopping experience.

I recently visited an Old Navy store in Chandler, AZ and attempted to redeem a $15 "best cardmember reward" but was denied because I didn't have the Old Navy credit card linked to the reward. Despite not being specified in the email or on the website, the store insisted on this requirement. In an effort to resolve the issue, I had my mom offer to FaceTime with the staff and she sent me photos of the front and back of the Old Navy card. However, I was still unable to use the reward. I spoke to an employee, showed them the email, and even informed the cashier of my situation before waiting in line, but was ultimately turned away. Feeling frustrated, I made no purchases that day. I believe the staff could have handled the situation better and I am disappointed by the store's policy. It seems I am unable to use the reward without the physical card, which is currently with my mom who lives over [redacted] miles away. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you, Jason Clark

I visited my local Old Navy store in Deane Hill, Knoxville TN yesterday morning. Upon entering at 11 am, I was disappointed to find the store in disarray and not cleaned from the previous evening. The jean walls were a mess with jeans misplaced, not in the right size order, and falling off shelves. Feeling the need to help, I started organizing the jean wall myself, realizing that the store had not been reset. The fitting rooms were also in poor condition with tags, hangers, and general mess all over the floor. As someone with years of retail experience, I was shocked by the store’s state. I will only return if necessary and will consider shopping online in the future.

I recently visited Old Navy store #[redacted] on 2-11-19 to shop for some new pants. I found 2 jeans, 2 pixie pants, and 2 core graphic items on sale for $10.99 each. However, when I went to pay, I was charged $18.99 for one of the gray pants instead of $10.99 like the black one. The cashier and manager couldn't explain the price difference, suggesting it may be due to different colors or sales. Despite feeling frustrated by the situation and the employees' attitude, I decided to purchase the items. After setting off the alarm due to security tags left on, I realized at home that one pair of pixie pants and the gray pants I paid extra for were missing from my bag. Additionally, I was not offered a discount mentioned in an email I received. Dealing with three rude employees has made me reconsider shopping at a store where staff may not value their work or customers.

Dear Old Navy,
In [redacted], my experience with your brand was excellent. The quality of the clothes and the customer service were top-notch, making Old Navy a trendy shopping destination. Fast forward to a recent shopping trip at the Viera, FL store on 2/9, and my perception has changed.
Upon returning home, I noticed a stain on a shirt I purchased. Despite my attempts to remove it, the stain remained. To my disappointment, I now sit at work, realizing that a pair of pants I bought on the same trip also have stubborn stains. Unfortunately, my busy schedule and the distance to the store make it inconvenient for me to return these items.
This isn't the first time I've faced this issue with Old Navy products. Despite my loyalty, I find myself constantly let down. I felt it was important to share my experience, even though I doubt it will make an impact considering your brand's size and reach.
Sincerely,
Beth

While browsing at an Old Navy outlet in Crossroads, Bellevue, my friend and I came across a pair of shoes we liked. Unfortunately, there was only one shoe in the pair available, so we were directed to check at the Northgate outlet. After confirming the availability of the shoes, we placed an order, expecting it to be under $15 with shipping. Upon receiving the item, we discovered it cost over $30, which was a surprise. To our dismay, the shoes received were not the ones we selected, and they are also the wrong size. We are disappointed and seek a refund for the incorrect item in hopes of locating the pair we initially wanted.

I had a frustrating experience at Old Navy. During checkout, the prices did not match the signage, causing issues. On a recent visit, two shirts were missed during bagging. It took multiple calls and two days for them to realize the mistake. Today, I encountered more incorrect signage regarding my daughter's shirts. The cashier and supervisor hesitated but eventually confirmed the price difference. Due to the inconvenience, I decided not to buy the items and expressed my dissatisfaction. Despite spending $30 on correct items, the cashier missed removing an overpriced shirt that needed to be put back. To make matters worse, after payment, my family was mocked by staff. This disrespectful behavior has put me off shopping at Old Navy in the future.

I had to return clothing items I ordered online as the sizes didn't fit, and the local store didn't have my size for an exchange. I chose different items instead. I had used a $20 super cash for the original online order, and the cashier informed me it had already been used because I couldn't apply it to the new items. As a result, I ended up spending an extra $20. I believe it's fair to receive a $20 cash back or gift card to compensate for this discrepancy. Thank you for your attention to this matter and for working together to find a suitable solution.

Hello, I recently bought a pair of women's jeans at the store about a week ago. When I brought them home, I noticed they had a mothball scent. Unfortunately, after washing them with other clothes, the smell transferred. Even after trying vinegar and baking soda soaks, as well as multiple wash cycles, the other items are now odorless, but the jeans still have a faint mothball smell. Due to having a young child, going back to the Bridge Street Old Navy store is a challenge. Is there an option to return the jeans by mail? I have the receipt and tags ready to provide any necessary information. I appreciate your help. I'm a frequent shopper at Old Navy and this has not happened before. Looking forward to resolving this matter with your assistance.
Thank you,
L.F.

Upon entering Old Navy, I warmly greeted an employee who initially reciprocated the gesture until she glanced at my body shape, causing her expression to shift from a smile to what seemed like disapproval. She proceeded to mention that they might not carry my size in-store but could order it online instead. Although she then adjusted her statement, suggesting my size could be misplaced around the store, the initial interaction left me feeling uncomfortable throughout my shopping experience. The way she handled the situation made me feel fat-shamed, a first-time unpleasant experience for me. Consequently, I refrained from purchasing all the items I had intended to buy, fearing they wouldn't fit. It would be beneficial for Old Navy to educate their staff on handling weight-related matters sensitively. Despite wearing a size 16 in pants and XL in shirts, the incident has made me reconsider future visits to Old Navy.

Regarding order number TXC0CQ6,
I ordered a jacket online, using all the money I had left, for an event tonight due to the cold weather. I received a cancellation notification today, stating it was in stock when I purchased it. Unfortunately, I won't have funds for a replacement jacket as my payment is being withheld for a refund for 10 business days. This practice is disappointing to me as a loyal Old Navy customer, making me reconsider shopping there in the future. I hope you can address this situation promptly.

I visited the Old Navy store in Nampa, Idaho last night. I entered at 8:54, well-aware that the store closed at 9:00. Despite having precise knowledge of the item's location (thanks to my wife's prior visit), I was stopped by an employee halfway there. This employee, a small Asian or Hispanic girl, informed me that the store was closed at 8:56, despite my timely arrival. I briefly spoke to the manager on my way out, an older lady in a green shirt, who was quite rude. I understand the store's closing time, but entering well before closing should allow for a purchase. This isn't the first negative experience I've had at this location. I hope this issue can be addressed promptly.

My recent in-store experience was quite disappointing. Upon entering, the initial interaction with employees was obstructive as they conversed in front of my son, making it challenging for us to try on jeans. It took some time before they acknowledged us, leaving us feeling unwelcome. Eventually, after noticing 50% off signs on all jeans, the saleswoman insisted it was only a 20% discount. When I pointed out the numerous 50% off signs, she appeared flustered, and another employee had to intervene. Even then, the service was lacking, and the cashier struggled with basic math, giving me incorrect change. The overall lack of attentiveness and professionalism was disheartening, leading me to reconsider any future visits to your store. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken into consideration for improving customer satisfaction.

Hello, I bought a pair of men's slim stretch pants on November 23, [redacted], at The Outlet Collection mall in Winnipeg, MB. My husband has owned these exact pants from Old Navy before and has always liked them. Unfortunately, after only about five wears, the seam on the back by the butt started to come apart. The pants have been unused since then because I couldn't locate the receipt. I have since found the receipt, so if you require any information from it or would like a picture of the receipt or the pants, please let me know. We are loyal customers of Old Navy and have generally been pleased with our purchases from you. We understand that these things can happen, but we would be grateful if you could replace these pants for us. Looking forward to your response.
Thank you,
A.F.

I would like to request the cancellation of my credit card. During a recent visit to Hamilton Marketplace Old Navy, I noticed that I was charged incorrectly for an item. Despite spending an hour on the phone with Customer Relations, I was unable to resolve the issue satisfactorily. As a long-time customer, I have decided that I no longer wish to continue my relationship with Old Navy. The item in question was originally purchased online at a discounted price, but when I tried to return it in-store, it was priced higher than similar clearance items of the same style but different sizes. The cashier quoted the item at $39.99, significantly above the price of other clearance items, without a visible price tag. Despite my efforts to address this discrepancy with the online clerk, I only received apologies and no resolution. This experience of false advertising and mispricing has been disappointing, and as a loyal customer, I feel it is time to part ways with Old Navy.

I am disappointed by the misleading advertising from your company. I received an email about $10 jeans day at your stores and online, but when I arrived at my nearest store, I found out it was actually a "Thank you" event with 30% off total purchases. The signage was not clear on which items were part of the $10 sale, and I ended up only finding one style available. I did not receive the discount on the items I bought, even though they were not part of the exclusions listed. The sales staff could not explain why the discounts did not apply. This experience was very disappointing, and I will be looking for other retailers to shop at in the future.
