Hello Old Navy,**I remember shopping at Old Navy in ****, and it was nice. The clothes were nice, the customer service was nice... it was considered a cool place. Now, as I sit here at work with a stain on my pants that I didn't notice while shopping, I realize how much Old Navy has gone down the tubes.**I was at Old Navy on Saturday (***) in Viera, FL. When I got home, I immediately noticed a shirt I had gotten had a stain on it. It was $*.**, so I figured I'd try to wash it out. I did a stain remover, detergent, the works and sent it through a wash cycle... no go. *sigh* Okay, well it was annoying but I wasn't going to lose sleep over it. Now, I sit here at work, in pants that I bought on the same trip, and see the same type of stain. I am not happy, to say the least.**And no, I can't just run and return them because I work over full-time, have two kids and the store is a ** minute one-way drive. I don't have the time. So, I am beyond angry. This has happened before and low and behold, I give Old Navy another chance, and here I sit at work... stain on pants. They would have been great pants, but nope, Old Navy disappoints.**I just wanted to let you know, not that anyone will care with how big you have become.**Thanks,*Beth
