I started a * day free trial via Promotion Plus on Saturday, March **, **** and made multiple attempts to cancel it on Monday, March **th, during the free trial period. I couldn't tell in any way at all that my cancellation went through. I contacted Offer Up's online customer help representative via email, but he just referred me to a generic iPhone site on how to cancel a subscription. I followed all the suggested steps, and still no conformation or verification that I was successful. Today the charge will post to my account if it did not cancel. I see from other customers that they had a similar problem, and were indeed charged for what they attempted to cancel in a timely fashion. This is outrageous! This charge will post each month unto eternity! What can we do to get Offer Up to stop, per our request, an unwanted subscription--especially when you cannot reach a real person via phone at all?!! I just want them to stop Promotion Plus of my one item and to not charge me.

I just followed the instructions for an iPhone for how to stop a subscription. The subscription was for a * day trial, and I stopped it on the second day. It continues to show as active until the *th day. I think it worked, as the "promotion plus" disappeared from my item listed for sale, but I won't know for sure until I get my credit card bill.
