The issue in GetHuman-filmpro's own words
After answering all the buyers (Destiny in Mo.) questions & providing her with the imei number on my iphone *S plus which she & I both checked with Apple who confirmed NOT TO BE STOLEN BOTH TIMES which is why the buyer accepted the offer with their shipping service & I shipped the item to the buyer (it should be noted that every message between the buyer & me is available for offerups people to reference but apparently they don't think that info is relevant, valuable, or helpful in settling any possible disputes!) short version on the phone is it was deep down between the seats of a car I bought, the phone small cracks in lower right corner of glass & hadn't been used in over a year going by the messages & dated pics. As stated I called Apple to check if it was reported lost or stolen & was told no reports of either so I posted it for sale on OfferUp & ok'd it for posting available with their shipping service (Which increases the sellers numb of potential buyers thru a holding account & shipping & they currently take *.*% &up from the Sellers funds for the service! Now the item was delivered & before Destiny agreed to buying the phone she asked all kinds of questions which i answered & one of her main questions was about icloud & some kind of lock to which I explained I DON'T KNOW anything about the icloud & I've NEVER USED APPLE OR ANY icloud. & I said look if this lock you are talking about is on the phone it shouldn't matter if the phone isn't lost or stolen then the provider should just be able to factory reset it for you when connecting your new service right? So I gave her the imei* so she could check the phones status too & she also was told the phone was NOT REPORTED LOST OR STOLEN... WHY WOULD SHE THEN AGREE TO BUY THE PHONE OTHERWISE!? She gets the phone then tells offerup its stolen knowing that its NOT & they cancel payment & confiscate my phone without ANY NOTICE OR INVESTIGATION & WILL NOT HAVE A SUPERVISOR CALL ME WITH AN EXPLANATION OR GIVE ME A NUMBER TO CALL? Their idea of a "Courtesy Notice" was a message calling me a thief who's dumb enough to post stolen or counterfeit items for sale on the site & let me know they are stealing from me the item they accuse* assume I stole previously!!! The most recent message after several requests from to have upper management call me or to provide me with a number I can call to speak a live person in management basically continues to ignore those request WITHOUT REASON OR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & THEY HAVE THE VERY PERSON WHO TOOK THIS ACTION AGAINST ME (an active user of OfferUp of over *years, with *** transactions & ZERO BAD REVIEWS) FOR Destiny (an apparent user with ZERO HISTORY in about a year on the site?)

GetHuman-filmpro did not yet indicate what OfferUp should do to make this right.
