My mobile network is not working. Tried moving the sim to other phones, no signal. Was fine a week ago, now nothing. Tried emailing O* for help, no response, tried calling, no customer service available. I can't login online because one of the security measures is to send me a OTP to my mobile, which is impossible because there is no service. My banking, shopping, social media all linked to this mobile number and I need it desperately. Please help.

Called O*. They fixed it. Just need to insist on the phone they do it. Dial through to contract cancellation to get someone on the phone because they prioritise money over customer urgency.
