June *, ***** I have been patiently waiting for my ESC benefits for several weeks. I contacted Customer Service at ***-***-****, entered my Claimant* and pin. I received a message stating CS will need to speak to me. I have called numerous of times, held *-* hours each call and still have not spoken to CS to resolve the issue to receive my benefits. Can someone please contact me (mobile) ***-***-**** to resolve this issue. I would very much appreciate your assistance!
