We take extremely good care of our cars and this was normal wear and tear. We called and they stated we could pay for an additional inspection which conveniently was about the same cost of the so said damage. How may I further assist you today? *Me (*********, *:**:** PM): **** it was inspected *Me (*********, *:**:** PM): and how does that help me? *Me (*********, *:**:** PM): i will make sure to let all my friends family and social media platforms and groups know so they are not taken advantage of as well *Eric (*********, *:**:** PM): I advised you of the offer that if you lease or purchase a new unregistered Nissan or Infiniti within ** days of the return of your current lease, with us again we would waive up to $*** of wear and use charges. *Me (*********, *:**:** PM): i should not have to lease again in order to have the normal wear and tear paid for *Me (*********, *:**:** PM): i will be contacting my family attorney and the attorney general as well. this is not right *Eric (*********, *:**:** PM): If the inspection deemed that the damage was chargeable then that damage is outside of normal wear and use. *Me (*********, *:**:** PM): the damage cost was intentional to increase the chance of me releasing *Me (*********, *:**:** PM): you would just charge me again when i turn in the next one. *Me (*********, *:**:** PM): the car was spotless *Eric (*********, *:**:** PM): The inspection is completed by a *rd party inspection company. We set the guidelines for the damage but are not the ones stating the vehicle was damaged. *Me (*********, *:**:** PM): the guidelines in this case were not right *Me (*********, *:**:** PM): given the useful of life of the car and normal wear and tear *Me (*********, *:**:** PM): the pictures clearly show the damage *Me (*********, *:**:** PM): it is very minor *Eric (*********, *:**:** PM): I am sorry.
