My grandmother purchased a $35 Nintendo eShop gift card from Best Buy for me to buy Terraria on the Nintendo eShop. However, when I tried to redeem it on my Nintendo 3DS, I received a message saying I couldn't add funds because I needed to create an account. Confused, I attempted to make an account but struggled to figure out how. Can someone please assist me in setting up the account?

Hello, I purchased the Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack Individual Membership today (12 March). Yesterday, I unknowingly bought a free trial and individual membership, not realizing I needed the expansion pack for what I wanted to do, which is to get the Animal Crossing holiday Island expansion pack. Since I made the original purchase before buying the expansion pack, I am unable to see the download button to access it. If I had known I couldn't access the Animal Crossing holiday extension, I wouldn't have purchased the membership for £33. I would appreciate either a refund or information on how to access the extension pack. Thank you.

Today, I purchased the Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack Individual Membership because I needed it for the Animal Crossing holiday island download. Yesterday, I bought it without the expansion pack membership, so even though it shows as purchased, I cannot see the download button. I specifically got the membership for this download and would like to know how to proceed with the download. If this is not possible, I would like to request a refund.

The game has technical issues that impact the gameplay experience. Initially, it seems fine in the tutorial area, but once you explore further, the frame rate decreases significantly, especially during rainy weather. Despite Nintendo games usually maintaining their value, this particular game feels amateurish and not worth the full price. The story is dull, the open-world feels restrictive due to many blocked points, making it frustrating to navigate. The overall experience is subpar, making it one of the least enjoyable Pokemon games played, mainly due to the technical and gameplay limitations. A refund would be appreciated as the game fails to deliver an enjoyable and cohesive experience.

The game has many bugs, even in offline mode. The positive aspects are overshadowed by the bugs and poor game design. The character models appear subpar, except in the cutscenes, where there are too many. Despite limited playtime, it seems like the developers don't listen to the community feedback. Compared to past Pokémon games, this one has seen a decline. The open world addition doesn't excuse poor game mechanics, with glitches affecting every action. This has been the worst game experience so far. Despite my increased playtime due to a late friend's love for the series, the lack of attention to detail is disappointing. The Pokémon locking feature is flawed, unlike in Pokémon Arceus, leaving me puzzled by the issues present. The right bumper poke battle feature often misses its target, highlighting the game's overall lack of polish despite its promising concept.

I recently switched devices and transferred my Mario Kart 8 Deluxe game card from last year to my new switch. I also downloaded the booster DLC pack. However, the DLC isn't showing up on my new switch. I have tried all the troubleshooting options provided by Nintendo support, but nothing has resolved the issue. I am unable to de-register the old switch as the button seems to be inactive. My new switch is set as the primary console, which is correct, but I still can't access the DLC that I purchased.

I am experiencing an issue with my Nintendo Switch that occurs frequently. I am suggesting that Nintendo provides an update to resolve this problem. When attempting to power off the Switch entirely, the current method requires physically pressing a button. Many users, including myself, find it inconvenient to have to walk to the console for this task, especially when using it in a living room setting. Attempting to power it off using the joystick only places it in sleep mode, leading to battery drainage and potential harm to the battery by charging it above 80%. A software update that addresses these issues would greatly improve the user experience.

On 28.04.[redacted], I ordered the new Zelda game from the Nintendo Store. I emailed to cancel on 07.05.23 because my son purchased the game with a gift card. I did not receive a response. Despite this, the game was shipped on 11.5.23 with avato, and I couldn't stop the delivery. I've been trying unsuccessfully to get a return label. There was none in the package, nor was there an invoice. I've called, but it was the wrong department. The chat isn't working, and the technical department doesn't have contact details for the Nintendo Store. I've received 3 tickets with order numbers, but no one has contacted me. I want to return the package and get a refund.

I am really desperate. I've been going back and forth with My Nintendo Store customer service via email for weeks now, and it feels like we're getting nowhere. Firstly, the chat function has been down for weeks. I've tried it on multiple devices - PC, laptop, smartphone - and across different browsers and internet connections, but all I see is "Chat ending." Now, onto my main issue: I placed an order, MNS_DE_[redacted]2, which has not been shipped for a long time. When I inquired via email about the delivery estimate, after a lot of back and forth (oddly, I had to provide my zip code first?), I found out that one item was on backorder, preventing a partial shipment. I asked if they could cancel the backordered item so the remaining items could be sent. Instead, my entire order was cancelled without explanation. Why? I had waited years for some of these items to be back in stock at regular prices. I only requested the cancellation of the backordered item, not the whole order. If that's not possible, then so be it; I'll wait for the item to be available again. How can I now get access to these items? Do I need to wait for years again for them to become available? For a month, I've been going back and forth here, and now this - it just can't be right. Please, reverse the cancellation. Or provide me with an alternative solution. Thank you. Sebastian J.
