Good evening! I recently noticed that "SKY: Children of the Light" is now available on the Nintendo Switch. I bought the newest pack three times for $29.99 each, but when I tried to purchase a fourth pack, I received an error message saying there was an issue with the transaction and advised me to contact my card issuer. I reached out to my card issuer, and they confirmed they didn't see any declined transactions from Nintendo. Can you please advise on how to resolve this issue?

Hello, I need some help with a persistent issue I've been facing for over a week while playing Super Smash Bros. Ultimate on Nintendo Switch. When setting up private arenas, I always choose "Friends only," but despite doing so, the system displays "Friends off" at the top right corner instead of "on." I've spent hours attempting to resolve this, even contacting various game stores for assistance to no avail. My brother is experiencing the same problem on his Switch after we both renewed our online memberships. Our internet connections are stable, so the issue seems specific to the game. I deleted my Gmail account by mistake and upon restoring it, I am unable to receive the Nintendo verification code to reopen my Nintendo account. Despite checking all folders, including junk and trash, I couldn't find it. All my important files are in that account, and losing them would be devastating.
I am hopeful that Nintendo support can assist in unlinking my account from the previous email address on the Nintendo Switch, allowing me to connect it to my new email address.

I accidentally deleted my Gmail account linked to my Nintendo User on the switch. Now, when trying to log in, Nintendo prompted me for a 2-Factor Authentication code, but I didn't receive the email with the verification code. I checked all folders including spam and trash, but couldn't locate it. I also reviewed the email filter settings, but still couldn't find the email. All my saved files are tied to that User account, and losing them is not an option for me.
I am requesting Nintendo's customer support assistance to unlink my user account from my Nintendo account, allowing me to link it to another active Nintendo account.

I have an idea for a new game in the Legend of Zelda series. I've always admired Ocarina of Time but felt the story could continue further. Picture this - a game where Link and Zelda are married, ruling over Hylian Kingdom. Players can work with other races like Gorons and Zoras, trade, improve the kingdom, and even lead armies against invaders. There could be quests to establish a council for all of Hyrule, deal with bandits, or explore new territories. Link and Zelda's children could also embark on their own adventures. I suggest naming it "The Legend of Zelda: Kingdoms." Your thoughts are welcome. Thank you.

A few years back, I purchased a Switch Lite and recently got the original Switch earlier this year. Initially, I faced issues with having Splatoon 2 downloaded on both consoles and had to troubleshoot with Nintendo to solve it. Now, I have Animal Crossing on my Lite and would like to have it on my original Switch without repurchasing it. When attempting to buy it, it shows as already purchased. Can I play Animal Crossing on a different profile on my Switch to visit friends and those playing on my Lite? Essentially, I want to buy Animal Crossing on my new Switch while maintaining access to my original island on the Lite. Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello everyone, I wanted to bring up the topic of Dedue from Fire Emblem Three Houses. His portrayal in the game has sparked concern among fans, particularly in his forging bonds conversations in FEH. The way Felix talks about him is deemed too aggressive, reminiscent of racist caricatures. With the event returning in November, it would be beneficial to modify the dialogues to address these issues.
In addition, Dedue's role in the story of Azure Moon felt underutilized, and the mechanic where he can die without warning for not completing the War for Weak paralogue seems unfair, especially for first-time players. It would be best to remove this mechanic as it serves no beneficial purpose.
Furthermore, the lore surrounding Duscur could use some improvement. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration. Thank you.

I have been attempting to contact Nintendo to inquire about the potential remake of Zelda games for the Switch, particularly Spirit Tracks. Unlike Twilight Princess, Spirit Tracks was originally designed for a handheld device. Although adaptations would be necessary, Nintendo has a history of transferring games like Majora's Mask to different consoles. Bringing Spirit Tracks to the Switch could enhance its popularity and possibly improve its graphics. I would appreciate it if Nintendo could confirm whether they have plans to release Spirit Tracks for a new platform. Thank you.

I signed up for the "Nintendo Switch Online Membership" on September 27, [redacted], and have always used the same payment card for transactions. However, my recent attempts to renew my subscription failed. I recently purchased the "Animal Crossing: Happy Home Paradise" DLC for €25 on the eShop, but unfortunately, I am experiencing issues with it. I have a standard online membership. After paying for and downloading the DLC, I restarted the game, but the Happy Home Paradise content is not appearing in my game. I was hoping to enhance my experience with this DLC, but it's not working as expected. I'm considering requesting a refund so that I can use the money to upgrade to the Plus membership and possibly download it for free to see if that resolves the issue. We purchased a Nintendo Switch Lite for our son last Christmas. Unfortunately, after just 5 months, the card reader stopped working. We planned on fixing it for him this Christmas, but we encountered an issue. One of the small screws on the back, necessary to access the device, is completely stripped. We sought assistance at a phone repair shop, but they were unable to help. Attempts to remove the screw using a rubber band and super glue have failed. We are now at a loss on how to proceed with replacing the part. This is the second time we are facing this issue with the card reader on a device. Any advice on resolving this would be greatly appreciated.

My mother mistakenly bought 3 Nintendo eShop cards instead of $50 Walmart gift cards for my children at Walmart in Chanute. Walmart won't exchange them for me. I have the receipt, and the cards are in new condition. Is there any way to get them exchanged, or maybe put the value on a gift card instead? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. After re-linking accounts, he managed to recover his game progress but couldn't retrieve his created island in Animal Crossing: New Horizons or redownload the purchased DLC, Happy Home Paradise. I would like to suggest some new sports for the Nintendo Wii Sports game if possible. It would be great to have baseball, dodgeball, and skateboarding included in the game. For baseball, the swinging motion should be horizontal, and to run, players could shake the controller up and down quickly. In dodgeball, players would throw the ball similarly to baseball, and if hit, the screen would indicate being out. For skateboarding, players could perform tricks by flipping the controller in different directions. These additions would bring more excitement to the game, and my family would love to see them included, as we enjoy playing together. We are big fans of the existing bowling game and would appreciate having more sports options like the ones mentioned. Thank you for considering these ideas.

My son's Switch Lite stopped working, so we replaced it with a Nintendo Switch. Unfortunately, when he logged into his Nintendo account on the new device, none of his downloadable content or game progress was saved. When checking the settings, he encountered an error message stating, "Unable to find data to display. Only backup data not saved on the console will be displayed." The option to transfer data requires the prior device, but his Switch Lite no longer powers on. Despite having a Nintendo Online account, none of his data was saved on the cloud. He invested a lot of money in DLC and countless hours into his game progress, leading to his disappointment. We are seeking advice on assessing if the issue is fixable and how we can repair his old Switch Lite. We purchased the devices from GameStop, but they do not offer repair services.

I placed an order for a Nintendo Switch package from QVC on November 24th. I was informed that my item had been shipped and provided with a tracking number. However, the tracking information only shows that the label was printed but that the item has not yet been handed over to UPS. I have received a few emails notifying me of changes in the shipping date, with the latest one being for Monday on 12/12/22. QVC mentioned that as the item is shipping directly from Nintendo, they were unable to provide detailed tracking information. They assured me that the item should be trackable with the provided tracking number. Given the approaching holiday season, I am feeling anxious as this is the main gift for my son.
