Accidentally bought a downloaded version of Pokemon Sword instead of Pokemon Shield, is there a way to swap them?

I was trying to buy the downloaded version of Pokemon Shield instead of Sword. ... Thursday night I was trying to use my eCards to download Pokemon Shield, but I ended up buying Pokemon Sword by mistake. I haven't opened it yet on the console and was wondering if it was possible to switch it for Shield.
If possible, switching the downloaded game out, or a refund and removing the game content from the switch (again, if possible)! So that I could go get Shield.
I'm actually a very new customer. I was so focused on using the ecard code that I didn't pay enough attention to the game.
I've looked online and it seems digital refunds are rare. Since I didn't open it, and want a game for the same price, my friends suggested I try anyways.

I called customer service today at *am, and told her my problem. She was very courteous. My advice is not to wait on GetHuman, just call, and make it early if you can. It gets busier as time goes on, I believe.
