Got switch for son yesterday and we were not able to log into his epic acct on fortnite game platform. *He does have his epic games acct linked to Nintendo. *We chose option on home screen of “no thanks” thinking would load his progress but did not. *Need help with how to show game progress between his playing time on Xbox one and the new Nintendo switch. *Should we delete the game and reinstall with same download code? **Also, now since his Nintendo acct shows no progress and starting at level ** is my ** month online membership wasted??*Please advise how to fix issue. *Epic games told me is doable.
