The issue in GetHuman-ianrun's own words
I am not happy with Newegg related to my recent order of computer components (over $****)*orders ********* and ********. First of all the original order (****) was all at once but only part came in * days (****) and the rest not until ****. This was the first delay in being able to have my computer assembled. *Then the worst part. The motherboard was DOA when it was assembled so I called you (Michelle) on**** regarding having the replacement sent out right away and expedited and was told that it couldn't be sent out until you received the old one but that once it was received it would be sent out expedited one business day. It got back on ***** and I called to get a tracking number (it was being sent to my computer assembler Dave Pisano). Ashley told me the old one was received at **AM but there wasn't yet a tracking number* but she assured me it would ARRIVE by *****. I subsequently received an email that it would be shipped on ***** and thus far even that hasn't happened yet.*I'm very upset without my computer for nearly a month by the time this is hopefully over. I will never use Newegg again.*Sincerely, Ian Gertner
