To whom this may concern,*My name is Menachem Tessler. I decided to use your company for the two month span that my family is upstate. I ordered that the electricity be working in my bungalow on June **. That was more than a week before me and my family would be arriving to the bungalow. On June **, at about ** PM, I arrived to my bungalow with young children that were tired and a full car of things that needed refrigeration. I walked into the bungalow and tried the lights, but they wouldn't work. At this point, I tried all the lights, but soon realized that they weren't working, so I tried the fuse box, but soon realized that the electricity was never turned on. I called NYSEG a couple of times but there was no answer. I understood that the office was closed so I tried other numbers and was soon told, not pleasantly at all, that there was a mistake and the electricity was turned on in someone else's bungalow. I tried to say that I have young children and food that can spoil, but the costumer service I was treated with was way below the standards that I expected. It took until mid-morning for someone to show up and restore our electricity. I am very disappointed with this incident. It lowered the way I view NYSEG greatly.
