Hi, this is Alba Solis. I just wanted to address the issue that I was charged for the month of march and april during the lockdown which we have to avoid crowds like gyms which is not in our control.With that being said, if you could please refund it because I really need it for some very important expense now that I lost my job. Hoping for your kind and consideration.
