The issue in GetHuman-abdavies's own words
I originally signed up for a membership in October of this year, however, I was repeatedly told the account did not exist and there was no billing for it. Because of this, I signed up for another account, believing it was my only account (due to that being what I was repeatedly told). I then checked my debit card bill and saw that I was being double charged every month, and despite my original account being "closed", I have been double charged again. I need a refund of over $*** and I can provide the screenshots of my bank statement as well as the contact information of the manager I have been dealing with.
