I added money to my card yesterday at a Walmart location to pay my electric bill which payment was denied, I then called ***.***.**** when asked for the card * it said it wasn't a good * so I put in my s.s. it said it wasn't a good * either. Before I left to add * I called the same * because I hadn't used my card in a while I was asked if I was going to be adding money and I said yes and was told that it was reactivated, and ready to use. I now have money loaded, and no way to use it or speak to anyone when I call the * because it says I don't have good *'s and it then hangs up on me. Can someone please help me with this matter?
