The last card I had expired in April, ****. Toward the end of April I requested a renewed card. The person I spoke to had a foreign accent and said that another had been ordered and I would receive it in *-** days. Into May I never received it. Then I called again and got the same person, told him the situation, he again put in the order, and*I still didn’t receive it after ** days. Then I emailed *****@***.com but haven’t heard back. I don’t believe the number *-***-***-**** provides for meaningful service. I’d be interested to*know why the system is broke and what*can be done about it. How I can be sure*I’ll receive the card? Thanks
GetHuman-mr_dalli did not yet indicate what Netspend should do to make this right.
