Oh my God I am getting all my messages and notes together like the lawyer told me and I come here and netspend is showing the issue has been resolved!!! Wow they are manipulating the forums also

I don't know. I had been the only one using the card for months, i paid for something for someone and they gave me the card and we called the number together and I set the pin number and was told that's all I would need to use it, but she gave me the phone number and zip code also. I read the card and it didn't say anything that it couldn't be used or transferred by anyone else so I had no reason to think it wasn't like any other prepaid Visa card and I had been using it for months. This was a life and death emergency that an offering had been taken so someone who is very ill wouldn't lose their power because they use oxygen and are now in the hospital and now it will take another$*** to restore it over a technical glitch that nobody would rectify, not the store,immcomm or Walgreens. Technology sure leaves no room for compassion when that should have been so simple
