Hello, I am not sure if you received my previous email, so I'm emailing you once more. I bought a NetSpend prepaid Visa card from Walmart and put *** dollars on it. I downloaded the app, and followed the activation instructions. It led to an error somehow, locking my account. So my best course of action was to call Customer Service. Just as the bot said it would transfer me to a representative, the call ended. I've called several times to try fixing this issue, even going so far as to have the robot send me a link to activate the card. When I tried doing as such, I got the same error telling me to call Customer Service. I need help with this as soon as possible and would greatly appreciate a response.
