The issue in GetHuman-sheriffa's own words
I got a Netspend Control MasterCard and used it for more than ** months. Suddenly, one morning several months ago I went to login to my Control MasterCard Account and a Pop-Up appeared saying my “Account Was Blocked” and I should call the phone number listed. I did call and I reached a woman who told me she needed to transfer me to the “Fraud” Department. I waited in excess of ** minutes and no one came on the line and then I was disconnected. Later in the day I called back and got another woman, told her what happened and she told me she had to transfer me to the “Fraud” Department. I told her what happened earlier in the day and how long I would have to wait. She said she didn’t know but it would be more than an hour. I then told the woman, the money in the account is my money I want to close my account. She said she can close my account but it would be ** days before I received my refund. It has been * months plus and no refund from Netspend*Control MasterCard. I have sent emails, called several times, but still not response. My Bank Account Number is **** **** ******. My Control MasterCard is **** **** **** ****. I am going to wait one week for a logical response and my money. Failure on your part to communicate with me, I will file a complaint with The Financial Protection Bureau* Meta Bank* Better Business Bureau, Dunn and Bradstreet and other agencies. I will also, seek legal remedies. Sheriff Ali
