I would like to be able to speak with a rep via the phone but it seems all you have is an automated voice service and no live talk help on the phone. I do not understand how after adding money to the card put me above a certain amount and then when I try to use the card you claim there is not enough money in the account Please have someone from your company contact me via phone ****-***-**** to explain charges on transactions Thank you for your speedy feedback
