We are trying to install the orbi router and * satellites, we used the app and followed all steps, our satellites are showing blue lights which means they should be easily found but it keeps telling us no satellites found.*We do not have a modem, we have fiber optic internet so we have a data jack ( Ethernet port) we have plugged the orbi directly into our router that the data jack is plugged into, our router is a t mobile one. Best Buy geek squad recommended that, we got this at Best Buy.

GetHuman4119290 did not yet indicate what Netgear should do to make this right.
