Use the came modem ... CM*** cable modem stopped working. Only bonds to * upstream and * downstream channel. Neighbor's modem (same model) works perfectly on my line. The modem is approx. * months old (purchased new from Amazon) -- I would like it replaced under warranty please.
It's not working
Sending a new modem to replace the defective one
Purchased this modem * months ago -- was happy until it stopped working!
Connected the modem to neighbor's (working) cable lines -- same result. Connected neighbor's modem to my cable lines, and it was able to connect perfectly fine. My conclusion is that my modem has stopped working.
