Original Case *: ********-*On July **th I had to exchange my old Netgear Nighthawk R**** router.*On ********** I was told my previous service contract had expired and that I must purchase a new service plan for $***.**. Later I discovered that my bank card had been charged $***.**, not the $***.** as told. And as I explained to the supervisor I spoke with, the replacement router came with a **-day service warranty along with the option to purchase additional support. The supervisor told me specifically that the $***.** transaction had been CANCELLED. Thus, after being assured that the former transaction for $***.** had been CANCELLED on **********, I *purchased the $***.** one-year **** service plan. As of this date, **********, Netgear HAS NOT issue my refund and it has been ** days since I was told the $***.** transaction had been CANCELLED.*I called my bank and asked if they had received my refund and they said that they haven't. I even asked if I could get a copy of the Refund notification to notify my bank but my request was ignored.*I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AS YET MY REFUND OF $***.**. You can contact my bank to verify what I am telling you if you wish. The actions of your company is ridiculous and definitely not very becoming of company that deals with the public. *I have called Netgear's Regional Office in Atlanta and will submit a complaint to the San Jose, CA Better Business Bureau today.*Someone needs to contact me ASAP about this matter. I am tired of waiting and waiting for my refund.
