Dear NETFLIX. I can't contact you by email, so I'm sending this into the ether (the clear sky* the upper regions of air beyond the clouds). I'm not surprised that the "Cancel Account" selection on the NETFLIX web site leads directly to the NETFLIX home page. This is essentially an endless loop, leading nowhere. This, in my own opinion, is a very bad customer retention strategy. All I wished to do was locate where on the NETFLIX web site I would need to go in the event I should choose to cancel in the future. By the time I was finished playing the "game," I was convinced, not only that in order to cancel my NETFLIX account I would be forced to go to my card provider, but that I now wanted to do exactly that. NETFLIX, we are not stupid! Please fix this, so that we can cancel as easily as we can sign-up! You will not lose any more customers by not making it nearly impossible to cancel one's account. You may, however, avoid angering customers, and turning away potential customers.
