I am disappointed that you have chosen to cancel some of my favorite shows due to Covid-19 production difficulties. I would prefer if you could put the shows on hiatus rather than abruptly ending them. Shows like "I'm Not Okay with This" and GLOW have strong viewer support, and I am willing to wait for their conclusion. I am still upset about the cancellation of "The OA" and believe it is important to consider fan loyalty when making these decisions. Perhaps creating movie sequels to provide closure for canceled shows could help retain viewership and build brand loyalty. As it stands, I am considering canceling my subscription due to these frequent cancellations without proper endings. It makes me hesitant to invest time in new series out of fear of them being canceled prematurely. I urge you to think about how your decisions may affect viewer trust and viewership in the long run.

I am writing to express my frustration with the synchronization issues in the majority of Netflix movies. I have tried to address this matter politely, but Netflix is requesting that I sign up and make a payment for my complaint to be considered. This approach appears questionable, and I am growing more suspicious the further I investigate. It seems like obstacles are intentionally created for customers who wish to voice their concerns. I refuse to accept this treatment and will escalate this matter as necessary. The strategy to steer individuals away from complaints towards financial transactions is unacceptable. I recently shared an idea for a new cartoon while responding to a comment on a well-known YouTuber's channel. The cartoon is named "Rosco & Duggie," and it follows two struggling rappers who turn to solving crimes to support their music careers. Despite their efforts, they never quite make it due to various misfortunes like buying PlayStation 5 consoles from scalpers and getting them stolen or falling victim to shady managers and poor investments. I've been a long-time Netflix subscriber, but we faced compatibility issues last winter with our equipment. We have a Toshiba LCD screen, model **RV***U, serial number *********, along with a Samsung DVD player, model ****, and a Samsung TV, model *****. The specific details for the Samsung DVD player are model -BD-P******XAA, serial number- ZARL*ViSAO****H. Due to these compatibility problems, we unfortunately had to cancel our subscription. I must say that "Prison Break" is the best series ever created, hands down. I also watched the entire "Money Heist," which is the second best series in my opinion. I've noticed that my feed has many duplicate shows and frequently suggests shows I've already watched. It would be helpful if these repeats could be placed in a separate "watch again" section.
Also, I have an idea for a Marvel Cinematic Universe-like approach for classic British Gerry Anderson shows like Captain Scarlet, UFO, and Thunderbirds. It could be produced as a live-action, gritty adult series, leaning towards a young adult audience rather than a children's show.
