I was erroneously being charged for two accounts when I only have one. I was using one email when I had a one year free trial because I subscribed to FiOS. when that was up I changed my email address and apparently have been charged for two accounts. I don’t understand how that could even happen. I was trying to get a credit going back a few months and they’re only crediting me for October. I’ve been a Netflix subscriber for many years and I don’t understand why they can’t work with me to give me back the credit. The Email I was using for the one year free was *****@***.com when the free trial was over I changed my email to *****@***.com. My email now is the Gmail account. I believe being a good customer and paying on time all these years I should be credited for the amounts that I was charged erroneously.
