The issue in GetHuman-virostk's own words
I have been a Netflix customer since ****. today when I try to access Netflix from my Xbox One, it gives me a "you seem to be using an unblocker or proxy service" error. I am not using either of these services. My brother is using Netflix on the same account on the same WiFi network without this error. I have already contacted both your customer service and my ISP (who confirmed that I am not using a proxy or unblocker.) Your customer service told me that it must be my ISP. however, the aforementioned issue with my brother using the same service on the same account on the same network would indicate that this is not the case. If this isn't fixed, I am going to cancel the service because I refuse to pay for a service that I can't actually use.
