Help with my National Grid issue

I want to inform National Grid of my closing checking acct. that pays my National Grid bill. I want to change acct. name to mine as my husband has died. I want to change last four social security number to mine instead of my husband. I want to update telephone number Natl. Grid has on record as my telephone number has changed I want to give info relating to Natl. Grid being paid via a different bank account number. There is absolutely no way of my accomplishing the above on line as I can't even get in to my acct.

After numerous tries on the internet plus calling *** numbers, I managed to call *** *** **** and got a live person to talk to. There were too many issues to be corrected to do on line. I definitely feel that National Grid should make it much easier to update billing info. The end result is NG gets paid without a problem.
