I am very concerned and beginning to be anno*** with my order and the ****pment of it. I ordered a jersey on May **th, ****. First off, It was posted that there would be free ****pping, and when i checked out there was no option for free ****pping, only fast ****pping options and an option for $*.** ****pping. Then tells me to put in the code for free ****pping and when i do, it states $*.** ****pping and then $-*.** but still had my $**.** order as $***.** which did not make sense. Besides that, i didn’t care much i just wanted to purchase my order. I then never got an email stating my order was ****pped, nor a tracking number which I’ve had to live chat to even get a tracking number, because my order states that is it “processing” on nfl shop. It is now June *th, ** days after i purchased and my order has still not been delivered. Especially considering i paid for ****pping that was advertised that i didn’t have to on nfl shop website. My order also, has been in my city all day today saying it would be delivered today by end of day, and now has changed to tomorrow for end of day. Therefore, i am not thrilled and very anno*** that I am waiting this long for a * business day ****pping that was suppose to be free and i even paid for and my order has still not been received which is pretty ridiculous at this point.
I trust that NFL Shop will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
