I recently placed an order for a women's Kansas City sweatshirt, and I received an email on Tuesday22 stating that it would be delivered. However, it has not arrived. After contacting FedEx on December 24, [redacted] for tracking details, I was informed that the package was being returned to the shipper because they claimed the recipient did not place the order. As the recipient, I, Jennifer Granholm, can confirm that I did place the order, and it has not been received at my address. I suspect it may have been delivered to the wrong address. I have been eagerly awaiting this package, which is a Christmas gift that has already been paid for. I kindly request for it to be re-sent. It is crucial that FedEx ensures accurate delivery to the correct address.

I am extremely dissatisfied and upset. I ordered a women's XL Mahomes jersey as a gift, but the recipient in Kansas City, MO, received a child's jersey instead. Despite returning it with the provided return tag for a refund of $[redacted], I have yet to receive the reimbursement. Being retired, I cannot afford to waste money. I have been patient and made several attempts to get my refund, to no avail. I am now taking the step of reaching out to the Washington State Attorney General's office to file a complaint against the company.

I'm having trouble logging in using the email account [redacted] We have used this email for purchases and communication with the site. Despite attempting to reset the password over the past two days, we have not received the password reset email in any of our email folders, including social, promotions, spam, junk, and the primary inbox. It is frustrating as we need access to our account, especially since there is a pending refund to manage.

I am extremely frustrated as I still have not received any updates on the whereabouts of my order. I made this purchase almost a month ago with the assurance that it would arrive before Christmas. Despite reaching out via email and phone calls, I have not received concrete information. According to FedEx, they never received the item, and NFL.com mentioned that COVID-related delays might have affected the shipment, though they cannot provide evidence of sending it out. Last week, I was informed that my order should arrive in a few days, but a week later, it is still nowhere to be found. The lack of communication and unavailability of phone support have added to my frustration. The website is not helpful in tracking my order, and the virtual assistant only repeats what I already know before looping me back to the beginning.

I submitted a return request for the Aaron Rodgers Jersey I purchased. The return was authorized, and I am supposed to receive a refund on my credit card with a deduction of the fee (I believe it's $9.99). I made the request even before the items were delivered last Wednesday. Although I got the packing slip email, unfortunately, I seem to have misplaced it entirely. I placed an order for an Aaron Rodgers jersey on September 14th, but unfortunately, I have yet to receive it. Despite being notified that the package was sent to my local post office, it was ultimately returned to Chicago without being delivered to me.
