Today I called Net ** customer service and requested to transfer my plan from an old phone to a new phone. I gave my new phone imei number and my new SIM card number to Net ** at *pm. They said my old phone will be cut off while it’s transferring. They also said that they will call me when the transfer process is done. Now it’s * hours already but I don’t hear anything from Net **. Both phones are not working. If my new phone or new SIM card is working. Please let me know and switch the data back to my old SIM card. Thank you!
