I am currently unable to log into my NCSoft account. I have followed the instructions of all your support pages and am still unable to resolve this problem.*I started playing Blade & Soul soon after it was released in Europe and have never experienced any problems with my account. I have never changed the email address or password used to log into my account, which is why it worries me that I am suddenly being told, when I try to reset my password, that my email is incorrect. I have tried my other email addresses as well but the result is the same.*I tried to submit a ticket, but because it asks for me to log in that option is unavailable to me.
GetHuman-daisymc did not yet indicate what NCSoft should do to make this right.
