I am writing about the order I placed today. While checking for the product, I discovered that it was canceled from your end even though it was packed and ready in the evening. If there was a stock issue, it shouldn't have been accepted initially. This situation is frustrating, especially because I've been a loyal customer at Myntra for years. Cancelling the product just because it was at a discounted price is unacceptable. Please either deliver the promised product promptly or I will have to file a complaint. I am disappointed and not just looking for a refund; I want the product I ordered. The advertising of discounts is misleading if orders are canceled. I purchased a pair of LOCOMOTIVE Jeans that unfortunately turned out to be defective. The color faded, and the fabric quality is really poor with a noticeable cut. I have the original bill but not the brand tag. I am very disappointed with the quality of the product and the service provided. This was meant to be a gift for my friend, so it's disheartening. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly as this experience is not what I expected from Myntra.

I made a purchase on October 19th, but I have yet to receive it. The tracking status indicates it was "delivered," and I received a notification stating the same. I have not received any calls or the package, despite trying to contact the delivery person twice, only to get hung up on. I received a call from a Delhivery Associate instructing me to come to the road to collect my order instead of delivering it to my doorstep, despite my house being very close. I agreed and waited for 5 minutes but no one showed up. When I returned home, the associate called again, requesting the same. I insisted on doorstep delivery but the associate left without delivering. This experience has left me dissatisfied and contemplating buying from Reliance Trends instead. The transporter's behavior seems unprofessional and disrespectful towards customers. The least expected is prompt service and delivery at the designated address. Delhivery needs to improve their handling of deliveries to avoid customer inconvenience and disappointment.

I need help with returning a kurta from Anubutee brand. My order number is [redacted]. My return request is on hold because of a missing tag, but the product only had one tag when I received it. This mistake is from Myntra's end, not mine. I have returned products before without any issues. The kurta is in the same condition and quality. I'm frustrated with Myntra's customer service as I can't speak to anyone about this. I would appreciate a prompt solution.

After receiving the product, I promptly requested a return within 30 minutes due to its unsatisfactory condition. Myntra should improve their quality control as the item appeared used or of poor quality upon arrival. Despite relying on Myntra's reputed return policy, I encountered challenges. They have sent a replacement but refuse to accept the return, despite their oversight. Their customer service seems unhelpful, marking the complaint as resolved without a resolution. I have had to endure daily calls for the past week, which has been frustrating. I recently had an unexpected experience regarding my parcel return. Despite trying for the last few days, I have not received any calls from the executive, only messages. When I called, the delivery boy repeatedly refused to come citing unexpected reasons. I have never encountered such rudeness before. The number of the delivery executive is ************. Hello, I purchased a BLAUPUNKT BE 50 Neckband Bluetooth Earphone on November 13, [redacted], for INR [redacted]. Today, November 17, I received the item, but the packaging appears to be repacked, and the item label looks like it has been reused or replaced. I have attached images for reference. When I attempted to turn on the device, I was unsuccessful, and after trying to charge it following the user manual, the LED indicator showed blue instead of red as it should when charging. I have faith in Myntra as an online store, which is why I chose to order from there, but I am deeply disappointed with the condition of the item I received. I purchased a Priyaasi jewelry set on November 1st from Myntra. However, on November 4th, I received a completely different jewelry set. I initiated the return online, but when the person came to collect the incorrect item, they refused to take it. After contacting customer service, I was told the issue would be resolved by November 7th. Despite waiting patiently, it wasn't until November 8th that someone attempted to retrieve the jewelry. Unfortunately, they left without explanation and ignored my calls. When I finally reached them, they mentioned a higher-up instructed them not to take back the set due to "failed quality check," even though I hadn't opened it. I was assured the refund process would start within 24 hours, but then the return was canceled, and the customer service abruptly ended the call. Despite another call on November 14th, where I was placed on hold for 20 minutes before disconnecting, my issue remains unresolved.

Dear Sir, I had ordered a pair of shoes from your website, but unfortunately, I received the wrong size. I processed a return and sent the necessary photos to your customer care team. I have been trying to contact your customer care for the past 26 days to inquire about the status of my return, but I have not received any update. The customer care representatives claim that the approval has been granted, but the logistics team is delaying the process. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of assistance and the long wait times. This issue with the return process is causing me a lot of inconvenience, and despite several attempts, I have not received any helpful resolution. The constant delay without any concrete outcome is very disappointing.

I purchased 5 products on 8.10.20, but only received the "Hubberholm men white pant" on 11.10.20. However, upon inspection, I was dissatisfied with the fabric. I immediately requested a return within 2 hours of receiving the product. The return was declined citing a dot on the item that I did not see upon opening. I suspect this occurred during the return process by the courier. Despite multiple emails on 14th, 24th, 31st October, and 19th November, I have not received any response or acknowledgment. Hello, I received a pair of shoes on Tuesday, but they don't fit me well. I requested a return on Wednesday morning, and it was picked up the same day. However, by Wednesday noon, I got an email stating that my item was placed on hold instead of processing a refund. The reason given was that the product might be damaged or used. I only had the item for less than 24 hours. I require prompt assistance with this issue.

Unfortunately, the delivery address was set to my college, but due to an unexpected emergency, I had to leave for my hometown. Unable to change the address online, during the delivery attempt on December 4th, [redacted], I informed the delivery agent that I wouldn't be there to receive the products. However, he didn't heed my request and marked the products as undeliverable, citing that I refused them. I submitted an exchange request, but according to the tracker, my package was supposed to arrive yesterday and has not shown up yet. It is currently showing as "out for delivery." When I try to call the agent number provided by Myntra for tracking, the person answering says they are not from Myntra and that someone must have mistakenly used my number. I am frustrated with the lack of accurate information and service provided. I have also reached out through the app without a response and found that the toll-free number isn't functioning. Hello, my name is Vikas. I placed an order on November 20, [redacted], for 3 items which included a Roadster White denim jacket for Rs. [redacted], a Roadster padded jacket for Rs. [redacted], and another jacket for Rs. [redacted]. However, due to some issues, I had to cancel my order on November 29, [redacted]. I have not received my refund amount yet and I am quite disappointed with Myntra's refund service. I hope that my refund amount will be credited to my account as soon as possible.

I am inquiring about the delivery status of my Order Id #[redacted] [redacted][redacted]. I received a notification on Monday, November 30th, that the package was out for delivery. Unfortunately, I was later informed that the delivery attempt failed and would be tried again the following day. As of today, December 5th, I have not received the package even though the tracking information shows it is at a nearby storage facility. I purchased a pair of heels from Myntra, but the size is too big for me. I wanted to exchange it for a different size, but unfortunately, the size I need is out of stock. I initiated a return request about 10 days ago (specifically on the 14th), and today is the 9th, but Myntra has not been able to arrange a pick-up for the return. I had a disappointing experience with Myntra. The person who came to pick up the product argued unnecessarily. I don't have the item anymore as it was collected by him. I had requested a return on 09.12.[redacted] as the sleeve was short, and on 10.12.[redacted], he claimed to find a stain which was present since I received the item. I offered to keep it and asked for the necessary actions, but he still took it and now I received a message saying the pick up failed. This behavior is unprofessional and unethical, causing inconvenience and financial loss. I kindly ask for a prompt refund to avoid further escalation.

I had my first order for the HRX Women's Jacket and Sports T-Shirt canceled at the end of November, even though I placed the order on the 4th of November. Then, on the 12th of December, my second order from H&M was also canceled. I received a message saying that my refund would be processed to my PNB account, but I have not received it yet. It is frustrating to not get my money back, and on top of that, the customer service is not answering my calls. Taahi
