I am Jimmy B. Pee. I subscribed to the Mylife app on April 9, [redacted], hoping to use it for my land survey work, primarily for contact numbers and address information. However, I was under the impression that I was signing up for only one month. To my dismay, I was charged for a long-term subscription of 12 months. The information provided by the app did not meet my expectations when trying to gather details on landowners in the area where I work. I kindly request the cancellation of my subscription and a refund of the charged amount back to my account.

I signed up for the Mylife app on April 8, [redacted], but I am dissatisfied with the information it provides. As a land surveyor, I hoped to use it to obtain phone numbers and addresses in a subdivision I am currently working on. I was under the impression I was subscribing for one month at $5.95, not committing to a 12-month long-term subscription. After providing my account information, I realized my mistake. Hello, I'm reaching out regarding my experience with MyLife.com. I signed up for a trial but canceled my account after 3 days due to being unable to access any information on the people I searched for. Despite canceling, I was shocked to find $[redacted] charged on my debit card by MyLife.com. I was charged twice in one day for a service that provided no value as every piece of information I sought was labeled unknown. I have tried contacting your company three times to request an email confirming the cancellation of my membership, but I haven't received it. Despite this, I received other emails and my account was still charged. I would appreciate it if you could send me the cancellation confirmation for the fourth time. My name is S. I received an email on Saturday, April 18th, stating my Trust subscription would automatically renew on April 20th. I contacted MyLife on Sunday, April 22, at 3:47 pm, and spoke with Ruby to cancel my trial subscription. Ruby noted my email, name, and last 4 digits of the card used. She assured me the payment would be refunded, gave me confirmation number [redacted]35, and mentioned a follow-up email. However, I have yet to receive any communication or see the $[redacted].59 charge refunded. Please ensure this is rectified promptly. Contact me at [redacted] or [redacted] post-resolution. I created a MyLife account on May 6, [redacted], and was billed $1 each for two searches. I decided to cancel the service by unsubscribing and calling their customer service. Despite canceling, I was charged $54.95 on May 10, [redacted]. After speaking with a representative who promised a refund but didn't process it, I was charged $18.95 on May 14, [redacted]. During this call, the representative couldn't find my account despite me receiving multiple charges. Feeling uncertain and frustrated, I'm now $74.00 in for a service I no longer want. I'm concerned about potential fraud, although I believe MyLife is a legitimate company. Can anyone assist me with this issue? Thank you. - SLB

I am a certified public accountant in New Jersey, and I have received emails from your company indicating that I have a criminal record. This is false and damaging to my professional reputation. On my website, shawnadamo.com, there is a letter from the New Jersey State Police confirming that I do not have a criminal record. If you check with the New Jersey State Board of Accountancy, you will find the same information. Defamation of character is a serious matter, and if you continue to harass me or spread lies, I will take legal action against your company.

A few days ago (Nov.4), I, Doug Marshall, called about a $59.95 charge on my credit card for services I didn't authorize. The representative assured me they would cancel the $59.95 charge and only bill me $1.37, the agreed-upon amount. However, now I see an $81.49 charge instead. I was given reference number [redacted]95 for this issue. I've notified my credit card company of this as fraud. If this matter isn't resolved correctly, I'll have to escalate it further.

I agreed to provide information on my brother-in-law for $1. Since then, there have been additional charges made to my account - another $1, $69.95, and an additional $19.95. I want these charges to stop immediately. I have attempted to contact you through phone calls and emails without success. I demand a refund for these unauthorized charges. On December 14th, I signed up for a three-month membership. I was looking for information on Freddie Jones from Rogers, AR, and his report was supposed to be available. However, after that, I couldn't access any information. I tried to retrieve the report but was unsuccessful. Please, delete my account as I couldn't sign in again, even after using the 'forgot password' option. I never received the reset password email. Kindly resolve this issue. I have noticed a felony charge erroneously listed on my record that has already been expunged. To rectify this, I kindly request for my attorney, Paige Hoyt from North Texas Legal Aid, to be contacted for verification. Possessing documentation from Denton County Court confirming the expungement, I am concerned about the negative impact of this false information on my reputation. During my move, several credit cards were used in a theft incident. I already received a credit for a $64 transaction. I found three more unauthorized charges and was instructed to inform you about any additional ones for resolution. I authorized MyLife to charge me $1 for a 3-day trial on Jan 4. However, on Jan 6, I was mistakenly billed for a full month which was even more than the advertised monthly rate. Another unfamiliar charge from MyLife also appeared, totaling almost $50. These charges were luckily reversed before I could investigate. I attempted to call multiple times to cancel but was directed to use the support.mylife.com site. Unfortunately, I am unable to cancel my subscription there. This seems to be a common issue according to other users. Cancelling should be as simple as signing up, but that's not the case here. I refuse to pay more than the agreed $1 trial fee and will not use the service again. Any additional charges will be deemed unauthorized. Please cancel my subscription immediately. - G. B.
