I had done their $* price for a week. I saw one of my daughters it then brought up a screen to access her report and the options are: **.** and no thank you. I pressed no thank you and it immediately starting pulling her report that I had just said no thank you to. I have emailed them more than once and received no response. I started calling them *-* times the woman kept saying she couldn't hear because there was static from my phone. No one else has complained about static that I had talked to. Then I called a little while later and got a different person I told him what was wrong and he looked up my account . Then he proceeds to tell me that I did what I didn't. I keep saying that I pushed no thank you and he kept saying that I asked to do it and I kept saying that I didn't so then I I asked for a supervisor. He gave me a number and said wait ** minutes to call. I did that but every time I called it immediately disconnected. I don't know what else to do. I can't afford this I live on disability and it is not much. Any help you can do would be much appreciated. Thank you
