A month ago I called to make sure I didnt have any open accounts or free trials under my name. I spoke to a representative that checked to verify I didnt. I told her if i did i wanted to cancel but was told i had no account. * days later I was billed ** bucks. I was struggling to reach a live person again due to hours and wait times that I sent an email stating I wanted a refund since my call should of been recorded or noted at least. No response. An hour ago I was billed again for ** bucks. According to you I have no account so why have I been billed twice now?? I chose not to use your service since there are multiple errors on your info about me leaving me not to trust your information provided. I would like the * payments of ** dollars to be refunded especially since I contacted you before the first one to cancel any open accounts that may have been in my name. I cant even seem to reach anybody. I just spent ** mins on hold and gave up cause I have errands to do. I'm now becoming irritated since I live paycheck to paycheck and that ** bucks is food money for the week.
