On Nov ** someone broke into my points account and used ***** of my points to buy * ***.** giftcards to the Gap. I do not shop at the gap and did not make this purchase. I had a remaining balance of **** plus but I can't even access my account so I assume they used these points. I have contacted your help line so many times and they always say they will get back to me but they never did. I am sure I was not an isolated hack job from your website. I have been with you for a long time and would like to remain but can't get to my account.and would like to see about getting these stolen points back because I notified you right after the transaction and you never got back with me except to tell me that you will contact me soon so I think it could have been blocked if only you have a live person to speak with in a case like this. PLease contact me at a different email than what was on my *****@***.com account so the person who did this is not able to see our conversations. How does someone stop this from happening? Please do not send any correspondence to my old email
