I have been requested to confirm my phone number before I can withdraw funds from my MyPoints account. Despite numerous attempts over the past month, I have been unable to complete the verification process. Due to multiple relocations over my 15 years as a MyPoints member, I cannot recall which phone number I originally used, and the current one I am trying to verify is not being accepted. I am struggling to update my phone number on file or verify my account to access my earnings. MyPoints is currently withholding my funds until this issue is resolved.

I have accumulated 12,[redacted] points with MyPoints, but I am facing difficulties redeeming them due to issues with phone verification. My landline and cellphone numbers are not being accepted for verification, and I am unable to proceed with the redemption process. Despite numerous attempts to contact MyPoints since December when I encountered problems redeeming for a Visa gift card, I have not received assistance. I am eager to cash in my points for Visa gift cards and upload receipts, yet the verification hurdle persists.

I have attempted to reach out to you via the website, but the matter remains unresolved. I signed up for GoodRX Gold on October 30, [redacted], after receiving a promotional e-mail from My Points. The offer included earning 6,[redacted] points for joining GoodRX Gold and filling my initial prescription. I provided two screenshots on December 15, [redacted], showing the welcome e-mail from GoodRX Gold and confirmation of my prescription purchase. Despite following up, I have yet to receive the 6,[redacted] points promised from the promotion I completed in October. I have been patiently waiting for the points to reflect in my My Points account. Please address and rectify this issue promptly. Thank you.

I've been attempting to redeem my points for an Amazon gift card through MyPoints. Unfortunately, I'm not receiving the verification code on my mobile phone. When I tried to input my mailing address for a pin to be sent, the system wouldn't accept the required information. I also filled out a complaint form to contact customer service but it was not accepted. With no available phone number to call, I'm unsure what steps to take to receive what I am owed. I wanted to share that I have been informed that I won't receive any more survey opportunities due to inconsistencies in my responses. I feel disappointed as I always make sure to provide genuine feedback and follow the rules. It seems like a harsh decision without a clear explanation, which is frustrating.

On February 16, [redacted], I completed an offer through Mypoints with Vuse for a vape product, which was supposed to award me [redacted] points. However, I have not received the points for this offer yet. Around February 20, [redacted], I submitted a request (ID #[redacted]) with all the required documents, but my points are still missing. I then submitted another request on March 24, [redacted] under ID #[redacted], but haven't received any responses for either submission. Today, I submitted another request and am unable to find the new ID # on the website. I am eager to have the [redacted] points added to my account promptly. Please assist me with this issue.

I encountered issues trying to redeem my points due to a phone verification problem notifying me that my number is in use by another member. I reached out for assistance on March 17th to change my phone number but received an automated response advising that they would respond within 10 business days, possibly extending to 30 business days with weekends and holidays. On May 29, I decided to take advantage of an offer from MyPoints.com for 10,[redacted] points after signing up for a $19/month donation to the ASPCA. I enrolled for a $25/month donation, exceeding the promotion's requirements, and have already made two donations. However, I have not received the promised points. After two email inquiries, customer service replied saying they could not find a successful completion for the activity. I recently purchased [redacted] points from IHG with a [redacted]% bonus offer that was valid until September 9. Upon trying to make the purchase, I received an error message asking me to try again. After attempting a second time, I only received the initial [redacted] points without the additional [redacted] points I was expecting. I am disappointed in this experience and feel it is misleading. I would like to cancel my purchase if I cannot receive the IHG [redacted]% bonus points as advertised.

I signed up to donate $19 monthly to ASCPA on August 26, [redacted], with a promise of 10,[redacted] points. The terms specified the points would be added in 32 days but haven't appeared yet. I've contacted My Points twice, attaching all necessary documents, but haven't received a reply. I would appreciate any assistance in getting my points credited. It's disappointing that they are not upholding their ethical standards. I have reached out to their Help Center twice and have not heard back.

I am unable to access my account. Recently, someone took my points. After communicating via email with MyPoints and waiting for a considerable amount of time, they corrected the issue, and my points were returned. They advised me to make changes to secure my hacked account, possibly changing my email. Initially, my points were intact during my last login. However, with the email change, I can no longer see my original points. Unfortunately, I have not received any further assistance despite my attempts to contact them. I have been a loyal MyPoints member for many years and never encountered any problems before. I am feeling let down and frustrated as I am eager to regain access to my account.

I have been a loyal MyPoints member for over 20 years. Every time I reach out for help, I receive a standard response that does not address my concerns. I have been trying to donate to The American Red Cross for almost a year, but each time I click on the "Donate" link, it redirects me to the MyPoints website. Despite sending several messages, I have not received any assistance. This situation is disappointing for me, MyPoints, and The Red Cross. Additionally, I encounter issues accessing the daily questions link, as well as not receiving credit for the items I have purchased or activities I have completed. I hope for a meaningful response this time to rectify these ongoing problems.

I redeemed a $10.00 gift card back in November [redacted], but it's almost [redacted] and I still haven't received it. If I don't get it soon, I'll switch to Irazoo or Fetch. I could use MyPoints more, but I don't want to waste my time. If [redacted] arrives and the gift card hasn't shown up, I'll have to find another platform. It's frustrating to put in effort and not see any results.

I have encountered an ongoing issue with my attempts to redeem a $3 Amazon gift card through your platform. The error message "There was a problem sending your verification code. Phone verification failed. Unable to send PIN" keeps appearing, and despite multiple requests for assistance, I have not received a satisfactory response that resolves this problem.
If this matter cannot be addressed promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate it by filing a complaint with the BBB. I am disappointed with the lack of effective communication and solutions provided in the responses I have received so far.

I'm having trouble redeeming my points for a gift card because I keep receiving an error message stating: "There's a problem sending your verification code. Phone verification failed. Unable to send pin." I've reached out to customer service multiple times and even contacted the app developer, but the issue has persisted for a month. I believe if they remove the phone verification step and solely rely on email verification, it might solve the problem. It seems like many others using the Mypoints app are facing similar verification issues. Despite enjoying the surveys on the site, not being able to redeem my earned points is a major concern for me. I've been a member of MyPoints for several years. Towards the end of the year, when I tried to redeem my points for PayPal, I was unexpectedly logged out of the site. After multiple attempts with my password, my account was deactivated. I submitted a customer service request and received a response on 12/28/21, mentioning a turnaround time of 10 days with ticket number [redacted]. I encountered an issue while trying to upload my receipt for the Magic Receipts offer on ARM & HAMMER™ + OxiClean™ Laundry Detergent from Dollar General. It seems that due to the 2-point offer being valid for any store receipt, I mistakenly uploaded a different store's receipt. Consequently, I couldn't submit the specific Dollar General receipt for the purchased products. These processes make it challenging to redeem offers smoothly. Additionally, there seems to be a delay in receiving emails about new offers, often reaching me towards the end of the promotional period. I am unsure if this delay is due to my last name starting with Z. The error message I received when attempting to upload my receipt stated that the item was not eligible for submission with a paper receipt and listed the products in question.

I have been trying to update my phone number without success. Previously, I encountered difficulties with Mypoints when changing my number. For instance, I cannot complete tasks on the discover page's to-do list. When I attempt to download a game, I receive an error stating "webpage not found." Additionally, I am unable to access anything on the discover page like I used to. I am also having trouble downloading receipts to earn points. Currently, the only task I can do is surveys. I have submitted two tickets to resolve these issues but have not received a response. I am unable to verify my phone number as it still reflects my old number. I shopped through your website for Walmart, made a few purchases, but have not received any points. When I try to email you with my receipts, the "add file" button is not working. I want to show you that I did shop at Walmart through your website. I used to just think about emailing, but now that I am trying, I don't know how to send my purchases to you for credit. I deleted the Walmart emails about my picked up items, but I can take screenshots from my order history. Could you provide me with an email address to send them to? I want to ensure I receive all my points. You receive my Chewy orders, so why are you not receiving notifications from Walmart about my purchases? Please assist me with this issue. Thank you.
