I was thrilled to finally redeem my Amazon gift card after earning enough points. I received the redemption link for the $50, intending to buy paint supplies. Today, when I attempted to use the link, it was expired, and I cannot access it again. I have not used the $50 yet and am now stuck. I am reaching out regarding an issue with my account. My email is [redacted] I had 3,[redacted] points available for redemption, and only 2 squares on my bingo board were not filled - bread and onions. When I tried to redeem the points, I encountered a message saying wrong password. After changing my password, I attempted again but received the same error. I then reset my email password, which allowed me to sign in. However, I now see that I only have [redacted] points, and the square for broccoli and apples is not filled in. It's crucial to have this matter resolved promptly as I must submit the completed board by midnight. I submitted a receipt for the bread and onions, which were delivered, hence the unusual receipt that required review. I kindly request to have my points reinstated, and my bingo board corrected as soon as possible.

For the past few months, I've experienced the inconvenience of having to log in to my account twice, even though I enter my email address and password correctly the first time. This issue occurs consistently across all browsers, despite clearing the cache and cookies. Unfortunately, I have not received any personalized assistance, only generic responses. It's frustrating to feel ignored and unsupported by the lack of human interaction in addressing this issue.

I received an email from mpoints.com informing me of a change made to my MyPoints account regarding my linked PayPal account. The email mentioned unauthorized $[redacted] PayPal redemptions with activity IDs T-2082zgb and T-2082y5r. Despite changing my password, I am unable to contact customer support through the link provided in the email. Last December of [redacted], I redeemed points worth $[redacted] for Delta Airlines, but I have not received any gift card or voucher. My points were deducted without any communication. I tried submitting a ticket on mypoints.com without success. I also attempted to call and email multiple times, but with no response or resolution. After several failed attempts, I called [redacted], but the system kept disconnecting me. It has been over a month now, and I have not received any refund or replacement of points. This has been a highly disappointing experience for me.

I received two MyPoints certificates for Amazon on Aug. 4 - one for $[redacted] and one for $50. I planned to buy a laptop, but it cost more than $[redacted]. I then got another $25 certificate today. When I tried to redeem them, I was told it was too late. I didn't realize they had to be redeemed quickly. I redeemed three $25 gift cards using my Visa points, along with a $10 one. However, I'm having trouble accessing and using them, whether virtually or in person. How can I resolve this issue and use my reward cards effectively? Additionally, I've been making purchases through the points system for the past few months but have not received any credits or points. During the recent Walmart promotion, it was advertised that 20 points would be given for every dollar spent. I made three purchases through MyPoints totaling $[redacted]+ for various items, and I have yet to see these points reflected in my account. On 9/19/23, my account showed 31,[redacted] points. Since then, the points have been fluctuating but as of today, my account only shows 30,[redacted] points. Despite receiving conflicting emails regarding my point balance, I believe I should have earned 11,[redacted] additional points for my recent purchases. I have been unable to upload my receipts as proof on your website. I am willing to provide a list of receipt numbers through a secure channel if needed. I kindly request that you rectify the points discrepancy and credit the 11,[redacted] points owed. Thank you.

I've had the same mobile phone number since [redacted]. MyPoints informed me that my number is being used by someone else. I informed them that it might have been my daughter who provided my number over 10 years ago when she didn't have her own mobile phone. They refuse to confirm this or disclose any details about who is using my number. I suggested they could email me a code, using the email address I've had for over 20 years since joining MyPoints. However, they are requesting a copy of my government ID to be sent to a third-party company that I am unfamiliar with, which I am not comfortable with. If they are unable to send a code via text or email, my only option seems to be to cancel my account after more than 20 years with MyPoints.
