I have been participating in the MyPoints program and recently encountered an issue with my May monthly goal bonus. Despite completing 31 tasks as required, the system only registered 30 tasks completed. On May 29, [redacted], it indicated that I did not receive the additional 5 points for the Daily 5 list but only for the daily poll which gives 1 point. I kindly request to have this discrepancy corrected as soon as possible as it has not been resolved to date. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. I made a reservation via Hotels.com on MyPoints for a three-night stay in March. We ended up extending it to four nights, completing our stay on March 28th at the Keeter Center in Hollister, Missouri. During our stay, I verified with the front desk that it was booked through MyPoints. However, despite reaching out four times through their help center, I keep receiving a generic response stating they can't investigate until 60 days have elapsed. It has been well over 60 days now. I went as far as contacting The Keeter Center for a detailed receipt, which I attached to my last message, but I received another generic reply today. I have been a loyal member for years and have never encountered such issues before. I am seeking assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

I am experiencing difficulties contacting MyPoints to redeem my reward to my Paypal account. Last week, I received a generic response from them on how to reset my password. Since then, I have been unable to proceed as the Captcha verification process is not functioning correctly. The Captcha keeps looping with various images like cars, buses, and street signs without letting me through.
Despite resetting my password a month ago, I am continuously being told it is invalid. This issue is causing frustration as I am facing multiple obstacles. I have encountered no problems with Captcha on other websites recently. My primary goal is to redeem [redacted] points for a $25 deposit into my Paypal account. How can I reach a live representative for assistance?

I had over 28,[redacted] points in my account that have now disappeared, making it impossible for me to access it. After redeeming my points for a $[redacted] Target gift card, my account vanished. I noticed the points were deducted before the disappearance. I expected to receive the gift card in 12-24 hours, but my account was gone when I checked the next day. Despite reaching out to Mypoints multiple times, I haven't received a response. This has prevented me from meeting my monthly goals and receiving points for completed surveys. It appears that my account vanished after I raised this issue. I am looking for assistance in addressing these problems and recovering my points and gift card. Thank you.

When I try to access the "get points" feature under My Points, it redirects me to cj.dotomi.com, which I am unable to open to claim my points. Despite your indication that the issue is resolved, today's offers for Labor Day and Pampering also led me to the same site. This problem persists as of 9/3/18, with one offer still directing me to cj.dotomi.com. Today, multiple offers encountered this issue, and I was unable to access any of them to collect my points. The situation appears to be deteriorating rather than improving.

I am Yvonne Bolin, and I encountered an issue while redeeming my points for three $[redacted] Visa cards. After successfully processing two transactions, the third one did not provide a confirmation and resulted in my account being closed. I believe I still have [redacted] points, and I am disappointed that my account was closed without explanation. Despite various attempts to contact customer support online, I have not received any cards or emails regarding this matter. I am requesting the reinstatement of my account, the honoring of my Visa rewards, and the restoration of my [redacted] points balance. I had no pending points. Another review shared a similar experience, and if this matter is not promptly resolved, I will escalate it to the BBB. Thank you.

I purchased two eBay gift cards back in February. Today, when I tried to use them, I uncovered the redemption code and found there was no balance. The cards were stored securely in a locked gun safe, and the tape was intact. This has never happened before, and I need two replacement cards sent to me as soon as possible. I initially thought it was a mistake with one card, but unfortunately, the second card had the same issue.

I have been a MyPoints member for around 10-15 years. I usually exchange my points for United Airlines miles. Recently, I redeemed points for 2,[redacted] miles, only to have my account deactivated without notice. I contacted MyPoints through their online form with no response. Attempts to call their customer service number failed as well. Prodege, LLC acquired MyPoints in [redacted]. My account deactivation seems unwarranted as I followed the rules. Their Terms and Conditions, stating they can deactivate accounts without responsibility, are unjust. I wish to have my 2,[redacted] miles added to my Mileage Plus account, learn why my account was terminated, have it reinstated, and reclaim my lost points. Numerous complaints about similar issues with MyPoints exist.

I have carefully followed the instructions provided in the Help section of MyPoints regarding changing my email address on the account, but I am unable to receive the verification email.
The issue is that my current login email is [redacted], which I can no longer access. I can still log in using that email, but I need to update it to my new email at Yahoo, which is [redacted]
It seems like the automated system may not be allowing me to make the change due to confirmation emails being sent to my old address that I cannot access. I have reached out through the MyPoints Help site but haven't received any confirmation emails at my new Yahoo address.
Since MyPoints doesn't offer a text code verification option, I wonder if there is another method that can be used. My account does have my mobile phone number on file.

My account was illegally accessed, leading to deactivation. Despite two weeks of emailing for help, I can't regain access. I was advised to create a new account with a different email. When I tried to use my mom's email (who passed away three years ago) and transfer my [redacted] points, I was told it belonged to someone else. After attempting to register with my details, the system says an account already exists but won't let me create a new one. It feels like my emails are not being read. I am frustrated by this lack of progress and plan to escalate this issue with the company's management.

I emailed MyPoints over a week ago about a complaint regarding Phone Verification. Every time I try to play a game on the site, I face issues with the verification code using my phone number. Despite entering my cell number correctly, I didn't receive the verification code. I've had the same phone number since [redacted] and did not participate in any gift card or survey programs back then. To clarify, I reside in a mental facility group home, and I'm not the homeowner but a resident with mental disabilities. Our home is like a large house without stairs to the 2nd floor, shared with other residents and staff members. I understand many people use MyPoints, and I appreciate that. I have been a My Points member since [redacted]. I have made several purchases at Walmart and Sam's Club, expecting to receive points for each dollar spent through My Points. However, I have not received any acknowledgment from My Points for these purchases. My most recent order, #[redacted]-[redacted], was delivered on July 18th and I believe this can help trace my purchase history. When trying to check my account, I found that I was locked out. I have two email addresses, [redacted] and [redacted], but I did not find any relevant information. I am eager to receive my My Points rewards once the necessary information is provided to My Points. I recently signed up for "My Points" and received an email prompting me to download their app. I assumed it would make earning points easier since part of it involves watching online videos. However, after downloading the app and starting to watch videos, I suspected something was amiss. When I tried to contact customer service through their chat, it just redirected me to various ways to earn points online. To my surprise, I discovered that the app I downloaded was actually Daily Scoop, which is also owned by Prodege LLC, the company behind My Points. Despite my efforts to find customer service contact information, I came up empty-handed. It's concerning that a big company like this lacks proper customer support. I plan to delete both apps and share my experience to alert others who may be trying to earn rewards. If I can't get in touch with a real person, I'll pursue this further. It's unfair to waste people's time in this way. Thank you for providing a platform for me to voice my concerns. In the future, I'll be more cautious with similar apps lacking contact information like this.

The email address MyPoints is using to verify my account is incorrect. They are using [redacted], but my correct email is [redacted] I tried to respond to the verification request with my password, but I did not receive the verification code. After several attempts, I realized the error in the email addresses and noticed a new account was created with my correct email, resulting in my 13,[redacted] points being lost. I sought assistance from their technical support but haven't had any luck so far. It's essential to update my email to resolve this issue, but I cannot do it without the correct verification code. I have been a loyal customer of MyPoints for years and never encountered such problems until recently. I urgently need help to rectify this situation as my points are crucial for purchasing items for my grandchild.

I have not received a response to my request for missing points dated on September 27, [redacted]. The ticket number associated with this issue is [redacted]. When I clicked on "shop/all stores" I selected the SiriusXM offer. I followed the instructions to purchase and activate a 6-month subscription to earn the advertised [redacted] points. However, the points did not show up in my account. The details of the MyPoints offer instruct to provide subscription information to receive the points. I have submitted a paid invoice as a pdf attachment, but have not seen any points credited to my account. I am requesting for the [redacted] points to be added to my account and an explanation as to why they were not applied initially.
