I want a refund and cancel my account. You've charged me £***.** on **th December and I do not know why. I will be contacting my bank to stop this ( and any other payment you request). I also returned x* packs of your DNA kits before Christmas and requested a refund of £***. ** back into my account. I have heard nothing. The items were returned by registered post and was signed for at your offices in Netherlands. I await your urgent reply. Regards. Mary Grant. *NB: I will be reporting this matter to the Trading Standards Office should I not receive any response or my refunds ( totalling £***.** now).
