Moviepass. Keep getting a message on the app to update payment method. When I follow their link, update with credit card, a message says it is updated but the transaction was not completed.*I’ve followed their format numerous times but the Update Payment Method comes up it prevents me from checking into a selected movie at a selected theater. I’ve gone through the moviepass app chat several times with no success. I have * movies available this month and am not able check in.*I will cancel membership if this is not resolved.
GetHuman-dpelts did not yet indicate what MoviePass should do to make this right.
